Giving More Than Cash
Writing a check is only one way to make gifts. At the Peninsula Community Foundation (PCF), we help donors explore a variety of giving possibilities that best align with their financial and tax needs to achieve their philanthropic intentions.
Whether you are giving during your lifetime, planning for the future, or working with a professional advisor, PCF can help make charitable giving simple, flexible, and meaningful.

Assets PCF Can Accept
Cash Gifts
Donors may give by check, credit card, electronic transfer, or other approved methods.
Publicly Traded Securities
Donors may make gifts of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, or other publicly traded securities.
Real Estate
Donors may make gifts of real estate, including residential, commercial, or undeveloped property.
Personal Property
Donors may make gifts of tangible personal property that PCF may then sell and convert to cash in order to support charitable work.
Bequests
Donors may include PCF in their will, trust, or other estate plan to create a lasting charitable legacy.

A Flexible Partner for your Giving
Every gift is different. Some assets can be accepted easily, while others require additional review by the Foundation to ensure the gift can be managed and stewarded properly, and put to use for charitable purposes.
Our team is happy to work with you and your professional advisors to explore the best way to structure a gift.
